All Lot sizes and Unit Entitlements are based on the Strata Plan dated 1994, and all sizes do not include any provisions contained within exclusive-use special by-laws.

The Strata Plan places height and depth airspace restrictions on Lots 1 and 2 for any developments in their respective rear courtyards. Height airspace restrictions are also in place for all garage courtyards to Lots 2, 3, 5 and 6.
